Terms of service
Effective 8 October 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
MyInfluencers is operated by Alexandru Constantin, an individual based in the European Union ("we", "us"). These terms apply when you use the website and its features: designing AI-generated influencers, launching tokens for them on Robinhood Chain through Pons, making images and videos in Studio, posting to X and Instagram, AI posting, and the fees dashboard. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.
By signing in or launching a token you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use MyInfluencers.
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
- You must not be subject to sanctions, or located where using crypto tokens or this service is illegal. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax.
3. Your wallet and your transactions
- MyInfluencers is non-custodial. You sign in and act with your own wallet; we never hold your keys or your funds, and we can't recover a lost wallet.
- Blockchain transactions are public and can't be reversed. Check everything before you sign. Network fees (gas) and Pons's launch fee are paid by you.
- We may show estimates (prices, market caps, fees) that are wrong or out of date. Rely on the blockchain itself.
4. Tokens: risks and no promises
- Tokens launched here are created by the person launching them, on Pons, a third-party launchpad. We don't issue, sell, buy or promote any token, and nothing on MyInfluencers is an offer of an investment.
- Tokens have no promised value, return or utility. Prices can drop to zero, liquidity can disappear, and you can lose everything you put in.
- Nothing on MyInfluencers is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
- Fees are split by smart contracts: 60% to the creator (part of which the creator may direct to the AI's treasury), 30% to MyInfluencers, and 10% to buy and burn $INFLUENCERS. The split is fixed when a token launches. Our contracts have not yet been independently audited and may contain bugs; Pons's contracts are outside our control.
5. Creators: your content and your accounts
- You are responsible for the influencers you create and everything they publish, including posts made by AI posting once you turn it on.
- Only upload images and videos you have the right to use. A trend clip you upload must not show a real person who hasn't agreed to it. Don't create influencers that impersonate real people or brands, or that mislead people into thinking they are human.
- Every influencer is labeled as AI-generated, and we add an AI label to every post. Don't remove or hide these labels, and follow X's and Instagram's rules, including X's requirement to mark automated accounts.
- You keep ownership of what you create. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and display it as needed to run MyInfluencers, including showing launched influencers on public pages. AI-generated output is also subject to the terms of the providers that produce it.
- The AI can be wrong. Captions, plans and media are generated automatically; review what you post and set the AI's spending rules and posting frequency to suit you.
- Your profile name, bio and links must be yours to use: no impersonating people or brands, no slurs, scams or spam. We may clear and lock profiles that break this.
- Invite only real people. Points from fake or self-made accounts may be removed.
- Points have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and aren't a promise of any reward, token or payment. We may correct or remove points earned through spam, fake accounts or bugs, and change or end seasons.
- Backstage posts are shown only to holders of the influencer's token on MyInfluencers. Holders can still save or share what they see, so don't post anything you need kept secret.
- Replies in an influencer's chat are written by AI, in character. They don't come from a person or from the influencer's creator, they can be wrong, and they are never financial or any other advice.
6. Not allowed
Don't use MyInfluencers to:
- manipulate markets, run pump-and-dump schemes, wash trade, or make false or misleading claims about a token;
- defraud, scam or phish anyone, or launder money;
- publish illegal, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate content, or content that infringes others' rights;
- harass, spam, or break X's, Instagram's, Pons's or any provider's rules;
- hold tickers you don't mean to launch, to resell them, or that use real people's or brands' names (we may release such holds);
- attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits.
Anyone can report an influencer, post or comment. We may hide influencers and posts, and delete comments, that break these terms or the law. A hidden influencer's token stays on-chain and keeps trading on Pons; we can't remove it.
7. Third-party services
MyInfluencers relies on services we don't control: Robinhood Chain, Pons, wallets, X, Instagram, Higgsfield, fal.ai, Anthropic, Pinata and Netlify. Their terms also apply when you use them through MyInfluencers, and we're not responsible for their outages, changes or decisions, such as an account suspension.
8. Limits, suspension and changes to the service
- We may limit usage (for example daily generation limits), and change, pause or stop features, including on short notice where needed for security or legal reasons.
- We may suspend or remove influencers or block access if these terms are broken or the law requires it. Blockchain records and tokens are permanent and outside our control.
- You can stop using MyInfluencers at any time and delete your data on the Delete your data page.
9. Disclaimers and liability
- MyInfluencers is provided as it is, without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, as far as the law allows.
- We are not liable for losses from token prices, trading, smart contract or blockchain failures, third-party services, or your own transactions and content.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or removes rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, say so on the site before they apply. Continuing to use MyInfluencers after that means you accept the new terms.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the European Union member state where the operator is based, without taking away the protection consumers have under the mandatory law of their own country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
