Privacy policy

Effective 8 October 2026

Who we are

MyInfluencers ("we", "us") lets you design AI-generated influencers, launch tokens for them on Robinhood Chain, make videos with them and post to X and Instagram. The service is operated by Alexandru Constantin, an individual based in the European Union, who is the controller of your personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Contact for anything in this policy: alexandrucristiconstantin@gmail.com.

The short version

  • You sign in with a crypto wallet. We never see your keys or ask for a password, name or email.
  • We store what you create (influencer profiles, images, videos, captions) and, if you connect them, your X and Instagram accounts so we can post for you.
  • Outside services do the heavy lifting: image and video generation, AI writing, hosting and storage. Each one is listed below with what it receives.
  • No advertising, no analytics trackers, no selling of data.
  • Blockchain transactions and anything posted publicly can't be deleted by us. Everything else can: see Delete your data.

What we collect and why

Your wallet address and sign-in

When you sign in, your wallet signs a one-time message. We check the signature and then keep only your wallet address, in an encrypted session cookie that lasts up to 7 days. Your wallet address is linked to the influencers you create.

Legal basis: Performing our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

What you create

Influencer descriptions, chosen looks, names and tickers, personas (bio, voice, topics), scene and motion instructions, captions, and the images and videos generated from them. If you upload a reference photo, it is sent to our image generator to create the influencer's headshot; we don't keep the uploaded photo itself. If you upload a short video to copy as a trend, we store it with the influencer (and delete it with the influencer) and send it to our video generator.

Legal basis: Performing our contract with you

Connected X and Instagram accounts

When you connect an account we receive and store its platform user ID(s), username and access tokens (encrypted). We use them only to publish the posts you ask for, or that AI posting creates when you turn it on, and to read the like, comment, repost and view counts of those posts so the AI can plan better ones. We don't read your feed, followers, messages or other accounts' content.

Legal basis: Performing our contract with you, at your request; you can disconnect at any time

Likes, comments and follows

When you like a post, comment on one or follow an influencer on MyInfluencers, we store your wallet address with it and the time. Others see the number of likes and followers, and your comments in full with a shortened form of your wallet address. You can unlike, unfollow and delete your comments at any time; an influencer's creator can also delete comments on its posts. Like counts are shared with the influencer's AI posting so it can plan better posts.

Legal basis: Performing our contract with you, at your request

Chats with influencers

When you chat with an influencer (holders of its token and its creator can), we store your wallet address with the conversation: your newest 40 messages and the influencer's replies. Only you can see it. Your messages and the recent conversation are sent to Anthropic so Claude can write the reply, without your wallet address. You can clear a conversation at any time.

Legal basis: Performing our contract with you, at your request

Holder votes

When you vote on an influencer's question, we store your wallet address with your answer and the time, so each wallet votes once. Others see only the totals. The winning answer is shared with the influencer's AI posting (and Anthropic, if AI posting is on) to plan its next post, without your wallet address.

Legal basis: Performing our contract with you, at your request

Your profile

If you set one, your display name, bio and links (X, Telegram, Farcaster) are public: they show on your page, The Charts, the points board and next to your comments, linked to your wallet address. You can change or remove them any time. If a moderator clears a profile for breaking the rules, we keep a note that it's locked, with the reason, so it can't simply be set again.

Legal basis: Performing our contract with you, at your request

Invites

Your wallet gets an invite code. When a new wallet signs in after opening your link, we record that you invited it (both wallet addresses and the time), and whether it has taken part, to award points. Your browser keeps the code from an invite link for up to 30 days (local storage) until you sign in. We also note when a wallet first signs in, so only new wallets count as invited.

Legal basis: Performing our contract with you; our legitimate interest in running the points season

Points

During a points season we record which of your actions earned points (the kind, the day and the item, such as a post or an influencer) with your wallet address. The public leaderboard shows a shortened wallet address and its total. You can hide yourself from it at any time on the points page; you still earn and see your own rank.

Legal basis: Performing our contract with you; our legitimate interest in running the leaderboard

Ticker reservations

When you hold a ticker before launches open, we store your wallet address with the ticker, the name and the time. Others see only that the ticker is held, never by whom. You can release a hold at any time.

Legal basis: Performing our contract with you, at your request

Reports

When you report an influencer, post or comment, we store your wallet address with the report, the reason and any note, so a moderator can review it. Moderators can hide reported influencers and posts and delete reported comments; the creator is told when something of theirs is hidden. Reports are deleted once handled, or when you delete your data.

Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe, and legal obligations to act on illegal content

Notifications

The bell in the header lists events for your wallet: your AI waiting for approval, posting or hitting a problem, a generation finishing, the start of launches for tickers you hold, and new comments and followers on your influencers (with the commenter's or follower's shortened wallet address). We keep your newest 100 and when you last opened them.

Legal basis: Performing our contract with you

Activity log, spending log and usage counters

A log of actions on each influencer (generations, posts, connections, AI decisions), a log of every spending decision the AI makes under your spending rules (approved, denied, awaiting approval or refunded), both shown to you in Studio, and daily counters per wallet that enforce limits on images, videos, AI captions, logo uploads and chat messages.

Legal basis: Performing our contract; our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f))

Technical data

Our host records standard request logs, which include IP addresses and browser details. Your browser stores which wallet you connected (local storage) so you stay connected; this is strictly necessary and not used for tracking.

Legal basis: Our legitimate interest in running and securing the service

We do not use cookies or tools for advertising or analytics, we do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Data from Instagram and X

Data we receive from Instagram (Meta) and X is used only to provide the features you turned on: connecting the influencer's account, publishing its posts, and showing and learning from those posts' engagement. It is not used for advertising, sold, or shared with anyone except the service providers below that are needed to deliver those features. You can disconnect an account in Studio at any time, and removing our app from your Instagram account deletes the Instagram data we hold (see Delete your data).

Who we share data with

These providers process data on our behalf to run the service, under their own terms and privacy policies:

  • Netlify (hosting and storage): everything above is stored on Netlify, including the images and videos generated for your influencers; request logs.
  • Higgsfield or fal.ai (image and video generation, whichever this site uses): descriptions, instructions, uploaded reference photos and trend clips, the influencer's images, and generated media. We copy each generated file to our own storage as soon as it's ready. fal.ai deletes the files it creates for each request after 7 days at our request; Higgsfield keeps its copies under its own retention policy.
  • Anthropic (Claude, which writes captions, personas, AI posting plans and influencers' chat replies): influencer descriptions, personas, captions, the engagement counts of the influencer's posts, and the chat messages you send an influencer. It does not receive your wallet address or account tokens.
  • Pinata (IPFS): the logo image of a token you launch, which becomes public.
  • X and Meta (Instagram): the content you publish to them, through the accounts you connect.
  • Robinhood Chain infrastructure and your wallet provider: your browser talks to them directly when you connect a wallet, launch a token, trade or collect fees, which reveals your wallet address and IP address to them.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

Public and permanent data

Launching a token creates public, permanent records on Robinhood Chain: your wallet address, the token's name, ticker, description and logo link, and every later transaction. The logo is stored on IPFS. Posts published to X or Instagram are public on those platforms. We cannot delete any of these; you can delete posts yourself on X and Instagram.

Each token's page shows its trades and largest holders by wallet address. We read these from the public blockchain and keep a copy so the page loads quickly; trading on MyInfluencers doesn't give us anything beyond what the blockchain already shows.

AI-generated content

Every influencer on MyInfluencers is AI-generated and labeled as such, including an "AI-generated" tag on every post. Don't upload photos of real people without their permission, and don't create influencers that impersonate real people.

International transfers

Some providers above are based in, or process data in, countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as set out in their own terms.

How long we keep data

  • Session cookie: up to 7 days, or until you sign out.
  • Influencer profiles, generated images and videos, posts, activity and spending logs: until you delete them or ask us to. Deleting an influencer deletes its files from our storage and our delivery network's cache.
  • X and Instagram connections: until you disconnect, delete the influencer, or remove our app on the platform.
  • Likes, comments and follows: until you undo or delete them, the influencer is deleted, or you delete your data.
  • Chats with influencers: your newest 40 messages per influencer, until you clear the chat, the influencer is deleted, or you delete your data.
  • Holder votes: until the influencer is deleted or you delete your data.
  • Profile: until you change or remove it, or delete your data (a moderator's lock note stays while the lock does).
  • Invites: until you delete your data; deleting removes your code, who you invited and who invited you.
  • Points: until you delete your data (a finished season's standings stay up as its final results).
  • Ticker reservations: until you release the hold, launch with it, the hold ends (14 days after launches open), or you delete your data.
  • Notifications: your newest 100, until the influencer they're about is deleted or you delete your data.
  • Daily usage counters: 30 days.
  • Hosting logs: as long as our hosting provider keeps them under its standard retention.
  • Copies at our generation provider: fal.ai deletes them 7 days after they're made; Higgsfield keeps them for at least 7 days under its own policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your personal data (access and portability); you can download it yourself, instantly, on the Delete your data page;
  • correct it (rectification);
  • delete it (erasure); most of it you can delete yourself, instantly, on the Delete your data page;
  • restrict or object to how we use it, including uses based on our legitimate interests;
  • stop using data you gave consent for, at any time, without affecting earlier use.

Email alexandrucristiconstantin@gmail.com. We answer within one month. Because we don't know who you are beyond your wallet, we may ask you to prove you control it, for example by signing a message. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.

Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), session cookies and platform access tokens are encrypted at rest, and only the wallet that created an influencer can change it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

Age

MyInfluencers involves crypto tokens and is only for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll also say so on the site.
