Delete your data

You can download or delete the data MyInfluencers holds yourself, right away. Details on what we store are in the privacy policy.

Get a copy of your data

Download everything MyInfluencers stores for your wallet as one JSON file: your influencers, their generations (with links to the files), posts, activity, connected accounts (without their access tokens), spending log, usage records, and your likes, comments, follows and notifications. Worth doing before you delete anything.

Delete everything for your wallet

Removes every influencer your wallet created, with their images and videos, posts, activity and connected X and Instagram accounts, plus your usage records, likes, comments, follows and notifications. You get a confirmation code. This can't be undone.

Delete one influencer

In Studio, open the influencer, go to Manage and use Delete influencer.

Remove our access to Instagram or X

  • In Studio: Manage → Accounts → Disconnect. We delete the stored handle and access tokens.
  • On Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → remove MyInfluencers. Instagram tells us automatically, and we delete the Instagram data we hold for that account: its connection, tokens, and our records of posts made to it. You can check the result here with the confirmation code Instagram gives you.
  • On X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → revoke MyInfluencers. Then disconnect in Studio to delete the stored handle.

Ask us

For anything else, or if you no longer control your wallet, email alexandrucristiconstantin@gmail.com with the wallet address or account handle involved. We reply within one month, and may ask you to prove the wallet or account is yours.

What deletion can't remove

  • Tokens and transactions on Robinhood Chain, and token logos on IPFS: these are public and permanent by design.
  • Posts already published on X or Instagram: delete them on the platform.
  • Copies held by fal.ai, our generation provider: fal.ai deletes them 7 days after they're made.
  • Our hosting provider's request logs, which expire on their standard schedule.
